Last updated: 4 August 2026

Acceptance

By using https://code-repo.digital or enrolling in a Code Repo session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book training.

Who we are

Code Repo provides educational workshops, coaching, and related materials on technical analysis with an emphasis on risk-to-reward planning. Our studio address is Level 22, 80 Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW 2060. Contact: hello@code-repo.digital · +61 2 8916 8800.

Education only

All content and sessions are for education and skill practice. Nothing on this site or in our rooms is personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of trading results. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk.

Bookings and fees

Session descriptions and fees on /pricing/ and /services/ are informational. A booking is confirmed when we accept your enrolment and any required deposit. Payment instructions are provided at confirmation. Informational prices on the site do not create a checkout or payment obligation until we issue a booking confirmation.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, slides, journal templates, and site copy are owned by Code Repo or our licensors. You may use materials provided to you for personal study. You may not copy, resell, record, or publicly redistribute session materials without written permission.

Participant conduct

We may refuse or end a booking if conduct disrupts other participants or misuses the room. Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior written consent.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Code Repo is not liable for trading losses, indirect loss, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from applying educational concepts in live markets. Our aggregate liability for a booked session is limited to the fees you paid for that session, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Website use

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse forms, or scrape content at a scale that impairs service. Content is provided “as available” without warranty that pages will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
