Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility for Code Repo workshops, desk reviews, and Ratio lab enrolments — including deposits, rescheduling, and no-shows.

This policy applies to paid educational sessions offered by Code Repo: the risk-reward workshop, desk plan reviews, and the Ratio lab. It does not cover products, shipping, or subscriptions — we do not sell those.
Eligibility overview
Refunds depend on how early you cancel, whether a deposit or full fee was paid, and whether the session has already started or materials prepared specifically for you have been used.
Workshop (half-day)
- Full refund of amounts paid if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the workshop date.
- 50% refund of amounts paid if you cancel between 13 and 7 days before the date.
- No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the date, or for no-shows, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
- Deposits are treated as part of the amounts paid for the calculations above.
Desk plan review
- Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start and we have not yet completed advance chart prep on materials you sent.
- Partial refund (50%) if you cancel inside 48 hours but before the session starts, reflecting prep time already spent.
- No refund after the session begins or if you fail to attend without notice.
Ratio lab (four-week cohort)
- Full refund minus a A$80 administration fee if you cancel before the first evening session and at least 14 days after payment (whichever deadline is later may not apply — the earlier protective date for us is 14 days before week one).
- After week one begins, refunds are pro-rated for unused weeks only if you withdraw for documented medical reasons and give notice before the next session; otherwise fees for remaining weeks are non-refundable because the cohort seat cannot always be refilled.
- Journal templates already issued are non-refundable as standalone items once delivered digitally or in print.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a workshop seat once to another published date within three months, if space exists, when you give at least 7 days’ notice. Desk reviews may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Further changes may be treated as a cancellation under the rules above.
Work already started / materials
If we have prepared custom chart packs for a private group or desk review and you cancel late, we may retain a portion of the fee equal to documented prep time (stated on your booking confirmation). Printed worksheet packs already produced for a named intake are non-refundable once printing has been ordered.
No-shows
Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a cancellation inside the no-refund window for that session type.
How to request a refund
Email hello@code-repo.digital with your full name, session name, date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days beyond our transfer.
